So at work this week the big boss is at a conference out of state, and her right-hand man is on vacation. Neither of them, before they left, gave anyone any clear instructions how to take incoming material and add it to the project queue. So in theory we have more stuff coming in from our clients! But nobody can start working on it.

fic: "The Stars Are Fire," Last Remnant

This is probably the only story I will write for this game; almost everything I wanted from it was already there in the canon, and just playing it left me just about completely satisfied.
...But there's always a little impulse to write "and then..." fic after the end of something really good. And write a bit of a love letter to the world and the gameplay. And hey, Shakespeare's birthday. A good excuse to use this title. :3

Stealing this one from cadence, even though I had better luck with doujinshi at Sakuracon than she did (we scored: cute Souji-and-the-boys antics, actual porn books featuring Souji with Yosuke, Naoto, and Adachi, and one bit of random hentai with Rise that turned out to contain The Triangulation I Didn't Know I Wanted and fabulous power dynamics. J-fandom Souji apparently really likes dressing people up, since he was bringing costumes to his partner in two of them).
